The SGG COOL-LITE family presents an extensive range of solar control solutions, designed to reduce solar heat gain, thereby reducing reliance on ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Low-maintenance Glazing
SGG BIOCLEAN can be combined with SGG PLANITHERM TOTAL+ to add effective self-cleaning properties to a double glazed unit. This product combination offers a significantly more neutral and less reflective solution compared to equivalent products currently available on the market.
Acoustic Glazing
SGG STADIP SILENCE is an acoustic PVB laminated glass, which noticeably reduces noise while also offering the same safety and security characteristics as laminated glass.
Increasing Solar Gain to Increase Energy Rating
Window Energy Ratings Combining SGG PLANITHERM TOTAL+ with SGG DIAMANT low-iron glass in the outer pane can improve the energy index of a given window by further increasing solar gain.
Super Spacer
To enhance the thermal efficiency and life of our windows we fit our double glazed units with low conductivity Super Spacer. This replaces the traditional metal bar and helps prevent or eliminate condensation round the edge of the sealed unit. The spacer is manufactured from a high-quality silicon that increases the seal’s durability, is resistant to ozone, UV light and oxidation. All this increases the life expectancy of the sealed unit. A high desiccant content absorbs any moisture that is in the environment during manufacture improving the clarity of the unit.

Ultion High-Security Euro Cylinder
At Test Valley windows we do not use standard euro cylinders that can be bumped, picked, and snapped. Millions of doors in the UK can be opened quietly in under 10 seconds with normal tools. Fullex Multipoint Door Lock
Our Fullex XL door locks are Secured by Design and exceed the highest industry security standards. When you close a door fitted with Fullex locks, you lock out unwanted visitors and protect your home from the elements.
The operation of the lock is simple and once locked, you are protected by up to seven steel locking points, and smooth operation is assured by rolling steel compression cams. You can rely on the XL range for your long term piece of mind. The XL lock has been tested to over 50,000 operations, which equates to 20 years of use.
Superior Weather Seals
Our Q-lon weather seal is said to be the Worlds best door and window seal. It considerably out performs both EPDM and TPE rubber alternatives. As well as out performing the competition on air tightness Q-lon has the best acoustic and thermal performance across the widest temperature range. The 99% shape recovery of Q-lon ensures that your windows and doors will retain the highest weather performance for decades to come. The seal’s low sightlines leave your doors and windows with a sharp finish, clean lines and no unsightly black gasket protruding from the frame.
AV2 Slam Lock
Choose our new Slam lock, and there is no need to lift the handle up to engage the lock. The hooks engage the moment you close the door, then just turn the key to lock fully. With the fixed outside handle option as soon as the door is closed no one can walk in without a key. A demonstration door with this lock is in our showroom.
Furniture
Door furniture is available in 5 finishes. Chrome, gold, white, black and satin silver. The lever/lever and lever/pad handles incorporate a spring cassette to eliminate any dropping and has been tested to 50,000 cycles.
Letter plates are also available in 5 finishes. There are two options, our standard and deluxe. Our deluxe option opened to 180 degrees and was cycle tested to 100,000 operations. The external flap houses a peripheral seal that also forms a full thermal and acoustic barrier.
